Our Story

Nine years, one workshop in Mont Kiara, and more than six hundred celebrations that went off without the host lifting a chair.

Since 2017

It started with one very stressful birthday

Partywise began when our founder spent three weekends organising her nephew's fifth birthday — chasing a baker, a clown and a hall manager who never answered — and realised the person throwing the party is the one person who never gets to enjoy it.

The first year was garlands and backdrops out of a Kepong storeroom. Word spread the way it does in the Klang Valley: one aunty at a time. Today we're a crew of twelve — planners, stylists, carpenters and a very patient logistics lead — running everything from condo baby showers to 800-pax corporate dinners.

The rule hasn't changed since that first birthday: the host should get to be a guest. Every run-sheet, checklist and rain plan we write exists to make that true.

How we work

Three habits we refuse to break

Build, don't just rent

Our own workshop fabricates backdrops, signage and pelamin structures. It's why two Partywise events never look like twins — and why "custom" doesn't automatically mean "expensive".

Quote in plain ringgit

Every proposal is itemised. You'll see what the flowers cost, what the crew costs and what our fee is. Clients trim what they don't need, and nobody argues at the end.

Rehearse the worst case

Rain, late caterers, a missing emcee — we plan for all three before every event. The best compliment we get is "it looked effortless". It never is.
