How far in advance should I book?
For full planning, six to eight weeks is comfortable; for décor-only jobs we can often turn things around in as little as 48 hours, subject to crew availability. December and school-holiday weekends book out fastest.
Do you work outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. Our standard delivery zone covers the whole Klang Valley — KL, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Shah Alam, Puchong and Kajang. For events further afield (Genting, Port Dickson, Melaka) we add a transport and lodging line to the quote so there are no surprises.
What does a typical party cost?
Décor-only styling starts around RM 450 for a home celebration. Full-service kids parties typically land between RM 2,500 and RM 8,000, while corporate dinners and weddings are quoted per pax and scope. Every quote is itemised, and you can trim line items freely.
Can you find the venue too?
Absolutely. We maintain a shortlist of halls, restaurants, rooftops and garden spaces across the Klang Valley, and we know each one's loading bays, power supply and setup rules — which saves hours of back-and-forth.
Do you provide catering?
We don't cook in-house, but we work with a bench of vetted halal and non-halal caterers. We handle the tasting session, contracts and on-the-day coordination so you deal with one team, not five.
What happens if it rains on an outdoor event?
Every outdoor proposal ships with a wet-weather plan — canopy rental on standby, an indoor fallback layout, or both. The call is made together with you at an agreed cut-off time, and the crew is briefed on both versions.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — 50% confirms your date, with the balance due seven days before the event. Deposits are transferable to a new date if you reschedule at least 14 days out. Full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
